How to Manage Anxiety
About This Course
Since the COVID-19 pandemic much emphasis has been placed on mental health and for good reason. During the pandemic we had more time to exam our mental health as we handled challenges without our usual social circles or destressing outlets. In that time of excessive quarantine we learned how our mental health affects how we function with our daily responsibilities. How we manage our level of anxiety is one way to assess our mental health. Does everybody experience anxiety?
Crystal Oliver will provide some insight about anxiety in her presentation; How to Manage Anxiety. Crystal has been a Social Worker in the sector of Family and Child Protection for the past 15 years. Crystal’s ability to speak on this topic comes from her knowledge and experience in the field of Crisis Intervention, Mediation, Restorative Practice, Relationship Counselling, Mindfulness Practice and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
